30-day peace of mind

If you're not enchanted with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Email hello@vesperviie.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

• Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
• Items marked Final Sale

Damaged or faulty items

Received something less than perfect? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.
